Approach David about enhancing the existing utility. If the parameter list
can be made compatible, I'm fairly certain he will welcome the idea. If
not, an additional routine could certainly be added to the Unix module.
I've added several myself, that do nothing but redefine an existing
interface to return a positive result on success. I use the toolkit in our
production environment every day, and I'm currently working on a project
that will need a wild card chkifs capability. Writing utilities is fun, but
if I can avoid spending the time, it would be a big help. David's got some
pretty nifty stuff in there. It's instructive just to look at the code. His
parameter validation routines are great!
