Aarrgghhh!  Sorry, I posted this to the wrong list.  The question was
intended to be an implicit RPG-IV question.  BLOCK is a relatively new
option on the F-spec in RPG-IV, and can be used even when records are
randomly accessed (via SETLL, CHAIN).  Yes, it can be a double-edged
sword, but if you know your data, it can be a big bonus.
