We could use double-buffering in S/3 RPG II.  And S/38 blocking was enabled
by the compiler for sequential input (like input primary) but sometimes the
runtime wasn't as efficient as we wanted so we used OVRDBF SEQONLY(*YES nnn)
and specified the number of records we wanted 'pre-fetched'.

For the F-specification BLOCK(*YES), it's in my V4R4 RPG IV reference
manual.  For OVRDBF, it's in the first release of CPF.
