Is there a way to get the job date format to have a 4-digit year?  This
is what CHGJOB shows me:

                  Specify Value for Parameter DATFMT 

Type choice, press Enter.                            
                                                     
Date format  . . . . . . . . . .   *YMD              
  *SAME                                              
  *SYSVAL                                            
  *YMD                                               
  *MDY                                               
  *DMY
