I used the same article, saw you post, and tried 2018 for Tomcat. That's how I got the condition I posted. If I set Tomcat to 2016 I get a 404 not found page.

I'm running on a 270-2248, which is less horsepower than IBM recommends. They say the minimum is a 270-2250, so it's still sluggish.

My QPRCFEAT sys value is 22A5.

Are you on V5R2? Be sure to get all the latest PTFs, CUMEs, etc. I ended up undoing the servers, redoing, and did not have 5250 in iSeries Access for Web at first. Also, be sure all the 400 pieces are installed first.

I'm up to date on PTFs (at least within a week or so). I did have to install some 400 pieces and then reapplied PTFs.
