The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Since we discussed my case on this forum earlier this week about the
long distance calls charged to my bill by the Gaylord Palm caused by
their internet system not working properly, it is my duty and my
pleasure to report that those charges have been removed and my credit
card account adjusted (I did check it on the internet).
Sarah Taylor, from the Gaylord Palms, worked on my case, and a copy of
this message is also sent to her.
Thanks Sarah! Everything is fine now and I have nothing else to say
against your hotel.
