bookmarking the page or manual brings up the page, but there's no left side
frame, no way to reach back before the book or page. Does it work? sure.
Is it awkward? you betcha.

Can we write to them? sure.

Could they try it for themselves? sure.

Just book mark past that page. MSIE has something called "Favorites".
Make it your friend.

Jeepers, I don't think there's a web site out there that I routinely start
out at their home page. Like Yahoo. I almost always start out at either
mail.yahoo.com
maps.yahoo.com
people.yahoo.com
and not yahoo.com

You guys have some good suggestions, however don't have a stroke about it.
  Life's too short.

Or once they've asked you, store it in a cookie or something. Why go
through it every time?
