I contacted IBM and they talked me through a fix of the SEPT. It wasn't
difficult but you definitely need to know what you are doing and need to be
very careful.

        Get IBM to help you. The problem is that WRKSBMJOB (like all other
IBM
        commands) doesn't really pay attention to the CPP listed in the
command
        definition. Instead, the command object contains the SEPT entry that
        represents the CPP. Since the program deleted and restored is now is
located
        at a different address. You need the SEPT rebuilt (or fixed). If
you're
        daring you can fix it  yourself using SST, but I don't recommend it.
I'm
        sure IBM has a way to force a SEPT rebuild.
