I'll try the RCLSTG after 5pm.

What is odd is that I have found one or two queries that run fine. In one
case I have a query that selects records (this works) and a second query
that is a duplicate except that it summarizes the records (this doesn't
work). I've tried creating a new/scratch query and played with
summarization/breaks but note of them worked.

Hi,

I had a reaction when I read the first post on this, but decided to stifle
it.

My suspicion is that you have some sort of subtle database damage. I would
ask when your last RCLSTG occurred, and might likely suggest that you try
that if it hadn't been a long time.

I have always been a proponent of doing a RCLSTG after any abnormal
termination of the operating system. When I said that publically on this
forum, I took grief from IBM. After 8/14's blackout, as I have seen
database damage, RCLSTG seems to always to the right thing.

I have a V5R1 in my box with the last CUM, HIPER and DB PTF and all works
good. Maybe that is the problem of software. The status in LICPGM is ok ???
