Lots of hits. I think they did some upgrades to that unit.

Question

Chuck -

I have a 9910-140 UPS for my 170. I know its 4 years old, but it failed
during the brown-out period a good minute before the full black out.
The UPS was completely useless. When the power came back, the UPS was
dead (power was up for a good 5 hours before I could get in the
office). I just received new batteries today, put them in, and still
dead. I am stymied. There are only two buttons on the unit, you think
one of them would turn it on.
