Tony:
I get replies very quickly. I use a separate email address for this list
server (as well as others), and only check for messages once an hour, but my
replies are always there when I get my list mail.
I am not sure what the issue is.

-ubject: Why is there a 4-8 hour lead time for my messages to appear?

David,

I've posted a (very) few replies in the last few weeks, all of which have
had a 4 to 8 hour lead time before they show up on the list. A message sent
at 1:28 finally popped up at 5:31 today.

On some of the questions on this list (at least the ones I've submitted), an
answer the next day is not what is desired.

Is this why some of the threads go on for WAY longer than it seems they
should, with 40 or 50 answers to one question?

Are others having this same issue? Or are the lists just that busy? This
is not a new problem either, so we can't blame it on "the worm".

I know this should be a private email to David, but I don't have that email
address.

This message sent at 10:09pm ET...what is your "received date"??
