Subject: Why is joblog no complete?

I have this problem I have been trying to figure out for awhile. I have
searched the archives, Google and IBM without success in finding the answer.

I am running V5R1 and submit a job with the following parameters

 callp(e) Cmd('SBMJOB CMD(CALL PGM(SFPGMA)'

                     ' PARM(Y)) ' +

                     ' JOB(SFPGMAI) ' +

                     ' JOBQ(QSYSNOMAX) ' +

                     'JOBD(QDFTJOBD) ' +

                     'INLLIBL(*CURRENT) ' +

                     'LOG(4 00 *SECLVL) ' +

                     'LOGCLPGM(*YES) ' +

                     'RTGDTA(QCMDB)': 200)

After the job ends, the joblog is:

*...+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4....+....5....+....6....+....7....+.
...8....+....9....+....0....+....1....+....2....+....3..

NOTE: This is everything in the job log, notice the last sentence is not
complete, I looked up message CPF2502 and it states

 Message . . . . : The job log is not complete.

Cause . . . . . : The number of messages exceeded the limit specified on

   LOGLMT parameter.

I can't seem to find what parm on the SBMJOB or user profile value or system
value I need to change to get a longer joblog

Thank you in advance for any help or direction you have to offer.

John
