The can't access directories they are not authorized to (and *public not
authorized).
An ftp exit program can test the user id and deny access to the CD and other
commands
possible. Are you familiar with exit programs?
Also, in V5r2, i think Ops Nav has some new controls over ftp commands by
user (but
have not tried that yet).
