I think if you set up a Rule in the Tools-Rule Wizard.  The rule would be 
"Apply this rule after message arrives from Midrange-L stop processing more 
rules".  The reasoning is explained in the Knowledge Base exerpt below.  The 
rules in the Rule Wizard run before Out of Office.
If a mailbox with the Out Of Office Assistant (OOF) enabled has other rules 
configured, and one of the rules is configured to Stop Processing More Rules, 
when mail that starts the Stop Processing More Rules rule is sent to that 
mailbox, the mailbox does not generate an OOF message.
