Go for the obvious - I tried <www.ibm.com/cics> and saw general stuff - nothing specific to iSeries. I tried a google on cics+iseries and got a lot of stuff, some appeared relevant. And I went to <www.iseries.ibm.com/support> and clicked on the Search button, upper-right, then searched there for cics - got to some of the manuals for programming, etc.
