I can't 'resolve' to that site.

It should resolve to 81.209.142.43.


Try using nslookup to look up www.help400.de without specifying a DNS server (thereby using the first DNS server your browser would be using) and then again using server 12.127.16.83 (a DNS server that will take public requests and did resolve www.help400.de correctly). If nslookup does not return the correct result when using the DNS server that your PC uses, but does when using 12.127.16.83, you need to contact whoever is responsible for the DNS servers that your PC uses and tell them that they have a problem.
