Rob,

Have you had the chance to review Management Central in Ops Navigator? You
can set up monitor jobs to periodically poll for status information.... I
can't say more, cause we can't really use it here. Perhaps someone else has
experience with these features.

Subject: Most efficient way to gather data from 20 AS/400's

I would like to run a CL program that checks for statuses of all the
systems, lines, etc.. all that the system operator manually checks for; the
tape drives, making sure that tapes are all in the right places, are
available, etc... But to do so I have to
signon to each system run the job or they can be schedueled but I still have
to go into each system. I want one email that will contain only any
discrepancies that the CL produced. What would be the best approach?

Thanks,

Rob
