Jorge, I don't quite understand your questions.

Do you mean you want to try putting the libraries below QSYS into the
product library section?  Product libraries have a library-list type of
PRD.  They wouldn't be in the SYSLIBL list.

The product-library section of the library list isn't meant to be used
for libraries that should always be in the library list.  The libraries
in there are regularly swapped out to make room for the product library
of a command.
