RST command -- MIDRANGE-L

Trying to do a scratch restore from one iSeries to another. The RST command
seems to be balking at the command RST OBJ(('/*') ('/qsys.lib' *omit)
('/qdls' *omit)) .... I am specifing ALWOBJDIF(*all) The problem seems to
be in the /ibm/userdata/lotus/notes... Do I need to install Domino/Notes
before restoring those files? What I've done in the interim is to *omit
/qibm.
