You must not subscribe to Midrange-Jobs, or you would better understand my comments, in light of recents threads there about outsourcing, particularly offshore. And, get a better handle on the use of English. All of my Indian associates claim that everyone in India speaks English. Instead of saying "and resource also of quality", why can't you just say "with quality resources".
