I must admit I really feel a little stupid...
Some time ago I configured my PC at home to connect thru a VPN to a
remote AS/400. Configured CAExpress to adress that AS/400 for Management
Central, and it works fine.
Now, I have a small AS/400 at home, and everytime I try to connect to it
(local ethernet at home), my Intenet connection dialog fires up. Don't
know why, but I guess it has to do with the remote Management Central
system...
Any way, since I don't really need the Central Management function to
the remote system, I tried to unconfigure it. And here comes my problem!
I have not been able to get rid of that function...
Since my small AS/400 at home runs OS/400 V4R1, it still does not
support becoming a Central Management system, so I cannot even try to
change my Central system (I have no alternative...), and have not found
any place to get rid of that fuction.

1- So the first question is, how can I inactivate Management Central in
my PC at home?
2- Second question, why does my home ethernet connection to my local
AS/400 fire up my modem connection to Internet?

Thanks,

Antonio Fernandez-Vicenti
