What do you mean for Cryptographic Support?  5722-0034 Digital Certificate
Manager and 5733-0035 - Cryptographic Service Provider are free options to
OS400.  5722-AC3 - Crypto Access Provider 128 bit and 5722-CE3 - Client
Encryption 128 bit  had to be ordered but were also free.  That is all you
need to support SSL for web, ftp, CAE, and in-house development.  Now if you
are talking about Cryptographic hardware accelerators, well yes they are
expensive, but I don't remember them being more that a couple of thousand +
the IOP.  Surely no where near $30,000 unless you are adding multiple for
your system.
