Typing "B6000615" into google turns up the following page:

which says, in part:

"System reference codes (SRCs) B6000219 and B6000615 generally mean that
your system does not have enough auxiliary (disk) storage to continue
processing. The system stops, and one of these SRCs is displayed on the
control panel. When you see one of these SRCs, try to perform an IPL. . .
."
