Authentication is the issue I'm dealing with just now.

My passwords are different and I have no problem mapping a network drive.  I am 
prompted for a userid/password during the map network drive process.

What's weird is that, even though I put in a good userid/password, the active 
directory server/domain controller records one authentication failure.  If you 
do this three times (knock your head against the wall) then your account will 
become locked and you can't get into the network again.
