It should not be deleted.
It is supposed to be set aside in another library, where you can make 
decision whether you want data to be converted to current release.
Look for the library with the name like QPFRD520xx.

Something interesting happened .....

We just upgraded to V5R2 and all my old performance tool data disappeared. 


Usually I run a conversion process to convert it to the new release 
format.
This time when I tried this, there was nothing to convert.

Does an upgrade from V5R1 to V5R2 result in the removal of all the V5R1
performance collection data?
