Input/Primary does not differentiate a RPG cycle program from a non-cycle
program.  Every RPG program is a cycle program unless it has the NOMAIN
keyword on an H-spec.
 
Even if every file is user open and every Calc line is inside a DOU *INLR
loop and there is no *INZSR or *ENTRY it is still a cycle program.  The
cycle WILL run at least once in every program.

If you have the sources for these programs, you could search with
fndstrpdm for F-specs with the IP (Input Primary) keywords in the 
specific column.
