Dear James,

There is an HP PCL command to request that a target laser printer print a
certain number of copies of an incoming document. Its default operation is
to create the copies in the format you have described.

I believe that setting the number of copies required in the OS/400 printer
file causes the host print transform feature of OS/400 to issue the HP PCL
copy command with the proper number of copies specified.

Have you already tried specifying the number of copies required in your
application's printer file?

Best Regards,

/Paul
