Can you use the system reply list? Or alerts? If you can filter from the message text, the reply list may help - not be too generic. And alerts, once set up, can notify you, as well as the user. I think.

Any trick to stop these users cold at the error screen? I preach to them
every other day to at least press 'D' and Enter, so I get a dump.
But most of the time they'll just do enter.
