Don't know if this helps but I had the same thing happen after 5.2
upgrade.  I had to install 5722-JV1 *BASE and option 3 (IIRC you had
choice of option 3 or 5)

Ok now that we installed the latest cume on 5.1, I cannot get the *admin
instance of the http server to run.  The job log and dumps are
meaningless. I am ordering the latest group ptf for the http server now
to see if that fixes the issues.  Does anyone know where to look,
besides the job log and dump to see what the issue is?  Or if I send the
dump, can you tell me why the instance will not start?
