Just to clarify.   The super said that the room was 140 degrees, and
presumably the temp had been building solidly for a long time.

The power failure occurred two years earlier, and by virtue of QPWRRSTIPL
being set to '1', the model B30 restarted.  They never got a backup in six
years.
