PTF/Cover Letter Question...

Hi Folks,

Working with a vendor in an "alpha" program for some app on our AS/400 (620
w/V4R5) and they are telling us that per

IBM we need PTF's SF66106 and  SF63319.

 

So I try to request the COVER LETTER for each one via ECS and get:

 

PTF 5769JV1-SF66106 V4R5M0 not available electronically.

PTF 5769JV1-SF63319 V4R5M0 not available electronically.

 

WHY wouldn't I be able to request the Cover Letter ? I understand if it is a
huge PTF and THAT had to be sent on CD.

(and I did have to request these PTF's be sent to me - makes me wonder if
Java PTF's are only available via CD.)
