Printing/CA

Sometimes we will have print jobs printing to printers attached to a
persons PC and configured as an AS/400 printer thru CA go nutzoid.
 
That is the AS/400 thinks it is done printing (obviously all in printer
buffer) and the printer will start printing one line of garbage
characters per page then go to next page.  Sometimes even if we turn off
printer and re-boot PC the printer will start printing again.  Is there
any way to stop them???
