The *USAGE run for TRCASPBAL should run long enough so that you have a
representative sample of database accesses for the applications you wish
to tune.  If you want to go for daytime interactive response-time, I
would suggest running the trace for an hour or two during the time when
those applications are running.  You may want to defer big batch jobs
during that period if you think that they might skew the results towards
less-used files.
