we just upgraded our 170 to v5r2 and now the qic tape does not work.  This
system is only 4 years old!  The 6385 quarter inch cartridge tape device 
no
longer functions.

the message we get is:
Message ID . . . . . . :   CPP6303
Message . . . . :   Tape I/O Processor CMB01 detected non supported device
configuration.
