The Link below has an article on printing by page range through TCP/IP
printers.  You can download the compiled object in a save file from the
article. Restore the object to QGPL and change the "Host print
transform" to *NO  and the "User data transform " to QGPL/TSPRWPR. After
this, you should be able to use rmtoutq and print a page range.
