Did find one thing in IBM Knowledge base about possible problem if
printer time out lower than AS/400 TCP Keep alive value, changed the
printer to be higher, testing now

Knowlege Base doc lists Konica 7150 does not support PJL, so are you
using *lan or rmtoutq config? jim
