RE: V5R2 Quality - Notes from the field needed

Joe,

I don't know about "each and every" piece of new hardware, but there have 
been numerous releases in the past that were "hardware only".  V3R2 had 
more function than V3R6.  I think V4R1 was for new hardware, and the list 
goes on.  Sometimes new software function comes out in that release.
