Friends,

Below is a snippet of today's announcement:

<snip>
Model 810 Enhancements
A new 750 CPW processor feature provides a lower cost entry point for the
Model 810. This new processor feature has the same main storage and I/O
maximums of the existing Model 810, with upgrade capability up to and
including the 2-Way, 2700 CPW Model 810.

Like all model 810s, it can be ordered with either the Standard Edition
or the Enterprise Edition.

Additional Upgrade Paths
Additional upgrade paths from Models 720, 730, 820, and 830 into the
Models 810 and 825 give you greater flexibility in upgrading directly to
a model and processor feature in a single step. You save time in planning
and installation.

A new low end in the 810 line is a good thing. As are additional upgrade
options.

Regards,
Andy Nolen-Parkhouse
