Yes and No, As far as I know, this is not just a reorg. It does more than
that. If it was that simple, you could just do a reorg on the QADB files.
What it is, is a database files cross reference. Like Allen said, it matches
pointers in the files. Kinda like rebuilding catalogs to control their
sizes. Which when that happens it also does what Pete says. I had to use
this command on an earlier release when my QUSRSYS library got messed up. It
would show error in the lic pgm screens. IBM said I couldnt just delete it
and then restore it because I still had pointers that needed fixing.
