Occasionally we have a spooled file that gets corrupted by printing a
document from Microsoft Outlook. Need some help determining whether this is
a O/S 400 issue, a Novell network issue, or a firmware problem on the
printer.

Here's what happens:

1. 25 page iSeries spooled file starts printing on HP 2200DN
2. User submits outlook document to print on same printer
3. Iseries spooled files stops midstream (at page 16) and Outlook document
prints normally.
4. Page 17 of iSeries file prints portrait instead of landscape and with
large fonts.
5. Pages 18 - 25 of iSeries file prints landscape but with large fonts.

Can anyone help? I have seen a similar issue occur twice on an HP 4100 in
another department.
