Dave

You have to use BRMS to make it all fit in.
If you are on V5R2 you van use Ops-nav, which makes it a lot easier to use.
Using it rhe old way does need you to take some class or use a consultant.

We just installed BRMS and I have been wading through the manuals and
redbooks trying to figure out how to use it. I know a class may be the best
use of my time but that is not going to happen this year. Can anyone provide
any helpful tidbits on using BRMS or point me where to look? I feel that
our backup strategy is sound right now and mainly want to use BRMS for media
management. Can I do this using my existing CL jobs or will I have to change
them all to use the BRMS backup control groups and policies and such?

Thanks,
Dave
