Martin, I know I'm tooting my own horn here, but PSC/400 doesn't require any
PC.  The conversion runs entirely on the AS/400, and converting a program
takes just seconds on my little model 270.  You can do an entire system
overnight and be testing the next day with no sweat.  Customization can be
done using whatever HTML editing tool you're most comfortable with,
including a simple text editor.

Again, with PSC/400 the requirements are very low, because:

1. It will run with WebSphere, WebSphere Express or Tomcat
2. It will run on a separate machine, and connect to the AS/400

So, you can actually slap an under-$1000 PC or a *nix box running Tomcat on
the side of your machine and completely offload the entire UI workload.
