Thanks Richard.  That's exactly what I have done.  I added the CUME CD's
To QUPGRADE1.  The fun and games for V5R2 start here in a couple of
hours!

Answer: I just added it to the QUPGRADE1 in V5R1.  I dreamed that,
automagically, the cum could be applied in the
process initiated thru the STRVRTINS command: it was not.  So I used the
standard GO PTF option 8 in V5R2, using the OPTVRT01 optical device.
