WRKLICINF may, or may not show you anything.

Doing a DSPOBJD OBJ(*ALL/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*ALL) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) 
OUTFILE(QTEMP/LISTOBJ)
followed by
SELECT odobow 
FROM qtemp/listobj 
WHERE ODOBOW not like 'Q%' and
      ODOBTP = '*LIB' 
GROUP BY odobow 
might show you something.

Then you can try looking for IFS based programs, purchased Domino 
applications, PASE based applications, etc.
