WE have a Schedule Entry  in the job Scheduler to run at 00:05:00 
And the entry is:

 Command  . . . . . . . . . . . :   CHGSYSVAL SYSVAL(QHOUR) VALUE(01)  
 Job queue  . . . . . . . . . . :   QCTL     
   Library  . . . . . . . . . . :     QSYS   

This will turn the clock ahead 1 hour
