Is there an API that would allow me to programatically change a source
member's last change date/time?

We're trying to organize our sources / objects. There are several CLP
sources missing, so we're doing a RTVCLSRC to retrieve the source. The
problem is that now the embedded "last source change date / time" in the
object points to the correct source, but has a mismatched date / time. We
do not want to modify the object's info in this case because the program
has not changed.

 TIA.
