1. Cryptographic Access Provider is a free product - 5722AC3 for V5R1 and 128 
bit - which can be ordered through your regular IBM software provider.

2. Objects compiled for a release prior to V5R1 cannot be signed - there are 
more details about object signing in chapter 3 in the redbook found here:
