Well, I'm creating a spool with some page segments on it.  After that I'm
using afptool and mailtool so pack it and send it.  The problem is. I can't
create the page segment in color for the page segments.

I do not think it is possible to do unless you create a .pdf out of it.
Perhaps the Infoprint server will help?  Sorry.
