I have some Xerox Document Center 432ST printers (MFD's) defined as LAN
attached devices. Sometimes the QSPL job goes into a loop with the
following error message:

CPF33CD Diagnostic 40 03/26/03 17:39:16 QWPPJLDR
QSYS *STMT QWPPJLDR

                                       X'00000000000000000000'.
                                     Cause . . . . . : The file handle
X'00000000000000000000' does not
                                       correspond to a spooled file
selected by the specified writer.
The definition is as follows:

CRTDEVPRT DEVD(xxxxxxx) DEVCLS(*LAN) TYPE(3812) +
             MODEL(1) LANATTACH(*IP) PORT(9100) +
             FONT(011) FORMFEED(*AUTOCUT) +
             PRTERRMSG(*INFO) INACTTMR(*SEC15) +
             PARITY(*NONE) STOPBITS(1) TRANSFORM(*YES) +
             MFRTYPMDL(*HP5SI) PPRSRC1(*LETTER) +
             PPRSRC2(*LETTER) ENVELOPE(*NONE) +
             RMTLOCNAME(xxxxxxx) SYSDRVPGM(*HPPJLDRV)

The OS level happens to be 4.3, though I'm not sure if this is significant.
The cum level is 00280.

When defined as Remote OUTQ's,they seem to work fine. But our users want
to see the devices. (And defining a *VRT device confuses them).

Anyone else have these printers; any problems (or successes)?
