There was no change in query option file QAQQINI and we have just one copy
of this in QSYS. Nothing is there in QUSRSYS.
There was no PTF application during IPL. I gather that power supply, SMPS
was changed before the IPL.

Following my extreme hue and cry , IBM again IPLed the system yesterday and
since then , that error has gone.
We checked all the logs during the last two IPLs, nothing was abnormal.
I havent known OS/400 behaving like Windows NT
